Shipping & Returns

We offer shipping to the Melbourne metro area, regional areas and Australia wide interstate. Areas outside of Melbourne Metro may take up to 7-10 working days and interstate up to 10-12 working days.

We have started offering international shipping to NZ, Canada and the USA. Shipping may be delayed during major postal disruptions.

We offer a build a box option, which allows you to pay for your items but keep them with us and combine multiple orders to save on shipping. Boxes can be held for up to 4 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O BOXES

Once items leave the warehouse Aura & Stone is not responsible for damage incurred during transit, though we endeavour to ensure items are well protected.

Due to the nature of the products stocked at Aura & Stone we do not offer returns; all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.

For jewellery items, if a beaded bracelet snaps or breaks and no extreme use is deemed the cause, Aura & Stone will replace your bracelet free of charge, excluding shipping costs.

All fault claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence.
